What teachers really want to tell parents?

Teacher is the one who develop the pupils, they serves as parents who give love and care. The teacher interacts with them within 8 hours a day. they are the one who give guidance and teach the pupils what is good and bad.

The teachers see what is the real behavior of the pupil than their parents. We all know that pupil are noisy, sometimes they did not listen to the teacher and they always making conversation with their classmates. Sometimes there are lazy to do the task that the teacher gave to them. The parents didn’t know that because they did not spent much time to their child. They are busy to their business.

Parents need to spend more time to their child so that the child know how important having a good communication with the family. If the parents don’t have time for their child, they always make excuses the child feels that she/he not loves by her/his parents.

In terms of giving grade, the teacher gives what grade deserve by the pupil. If the pupil gets a low grade the some parents get angry to the teacher, because they know their children exert much effort. But they didn’t know that their child did not participate during class discussion.  It is a very hard responsibility because what ever happened you need to give the grade that they deserve.

Being a teacher is a very difficult profession because the teachers need to build good relationship with the people around them, especially with the parents. as a student teacher I learned that whatever happened you need to be fair. Give the grade they deserve.  Don’t ever ever edit the grade of the pupil.
